Fall 2010 – 2011

I. Begin with the Basics
A must have to begin to decorate, all the necessaries, no prior experience needed.
Supplies not included.

II. Flowers Galore and More
Many piping techniques for oodles of flowers, borders and flood work. Must have taken course I or have prior experience.
Nov. 8 – Nov. 29

III. Advanced Piping with Introduction to Fondant and Gum Paste
Learn string work techniques and ruffled borders, cupped flowers and hand molded gum paste flowers. Cover a cake with fondant.
